Cancellation Policy and Hotel Rules

To ensure a peaceful and transparent stay, we invite you to carefully read our booking conditions, cancellation policy, and facility rules.

Cancellation and Deposit

  • Confirmation Deposit: A deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellation: In case of cancelled booking, the deposit already sent will **NOT be refunded**.
  • Stay Voucher (Deposit Recovery): The non-lost deposit can be recovered for a future stay **within the end of the current season or for the following year**.
    Valid for a minimum stay of 7 days, subject to room availability.
  • Transfer Times: The deposit via bank transfer must be sent **within 7 days** of the hotel's confirmation. In case of non-receipt, the booking will be cancelled.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in (Arrival)

The room is available from **11:00 AM** onwards.

We recommend contacting the hotel the day before to check if the room might be available even before that time.

Check-out (Departure)

The room must be vacated strictly by **09:30 AM** on the day of departure.

Early Departure: Based on current regulations, in case of early departure compared to the booking, **3 days** of full board (or overnight stay) will be charged.

Parking

Parking is **FREE** subject to availability.

  • It is NOT reserved
  • It is NOT guarded
  • It is NOT bookable

Cuisine and Meals

Intolerances: The kitchen does NOT have menus or products for celiacs and for specific food intolerances.

Extras: Variations on the daily menu will be charged as extras.

Meals not consumed: Will not be deducted from the final bill.

Pets

We accept **small** pets.

  • Cost: **€ 5.00** per day.
  • Restrictions: They are NOT allowed in the Restaurant/Breakfast room.
  • Note: Their presence must be communicated at the time of the quote request.

Quote Confirmation

The quote received via email **does NOT constitute confirmation** of the booking.

The final confirmation of availability and room will be sent by the Management subsequently (via Email or WhatsApp) only after agreements are made.
